Service Cancellations
You may cancel your service appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time for a full refund.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment may incur a cancellation fee.
In the event of a service-related issue, please contact us immediately to discuss a resolution.
Refunds
If a service does not meet your expectations, please contact us at windowwellsystem@gmail.com to discuss the issue.
We will work with you to resolve the matter, which may include re-servicing, a partial refund, or a full refund, depending on the circumstances.
Refunds will be processed within [7-10] business days to your original method of payment.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund after the expected processing time, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
